Using Fair Soko
Fair Soko is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their account, listing, offer, communication, and payment information and for complying with applicable law.
Marketplace rules
- Listings must describe real items the seller is allowed to sell.
- Offers and negotiation should remain inside Fair Soko.
- Accepted offers create a locked-price agreement.
- Users must not misrepresent payment, condition, identity, or delivery.
- Harassment, fraud, prohibited goods, and platform circumvention are not allowed.
- Fair Soko may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the marketplace.
Payments and fees
Fair Soko may use third-party payment providers. Provider terms also apply. Fees shown before a transaction are based on the applicable agreement and marketplace rules. Fair Soko is not a bank, wallet, lender, remittance service, or escrow provider.
Private beta
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain defects during beta testing. Users should independently inspect items, protect credentials, and use reasonable safety precautions.
Account actions
Fair Soko may suspend or deactivate accounts, remove listings, close conversations, or preserve records when needed for safety, disputes, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.
